So before I tackled this piece I decided to look into the internet to see if there are any tips or good advice as to how to learn a piece. A lot of what I had found was what my piano teacher had already taught me which was to play it first slowly, one hand at a time, without the tricky elements at first and to play a few measures at a time first with one hand, then the other, then together and then work on the next few measures.
I found a video on youtube that I watched where he explained how to attempt a more difficult piece, which I have attached the video below. I also found a site with step by step instructions which has included pictures and has split up the learning into parts. This link is also found below.
